Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a neoclassical garden was great and brilliant. Moreover, it was near Puerta del Sol, and Gran Via, 24 hour reception.

My a twin room was functional and large with external bathroom. It was nice to have climate control, cable programming and a work desk. Also, location was exceptionally nice, not very far from a huge plaza. The stuff where cooperative and attentive too...

air conditioner, a tv set, and a radio inside the double room were handy. we loved having a bath. the location was good and stunning, near central madrid, supermarket and the very touristic downtown.

Its location in Madrid was best possible, not far from Gran Vía, the main street of Madrid, Gran Via, surrounded by so many stores and restaurants and the center of the city.

The location couldn't be better - really close to the heart of the city and a few steps far from a metro station. The room was fine and the staff was very kind and helpful.

As long it's an old building, there are no air conditioners - it could be a problem in the hottest days of summer.

Liked that hotel is centrally located, close to metro and major tourist attractions. the receptionists were available 24 hours and always willing to help. What's more, the room was clean and the beds were comfy. Plus, the complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast were a big plus.

Disliked that the room size was a bit small for two people and the air conditioning was not working properly. It was also inconvenient that the TV had no remote, but this was a minor issue.
